My more personal work is intended to provoke contemplation and inspire change. I am heavily influenced by the surrealist movement, often exploring the placement of real-world issues within the style’s tell-tale, dream-like scenarios. Common inspirations for my artwork are American traditional tattooing, surrealism, and metaphysical painting. These styles are often used to comment on societal issues such as consumerism, the greed of Capitalism, and the division among classes.
